Privacy policy

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.

1. Controller

2. Data we process

When you order: first name, phone number, optionally e-mail, delivery address (for delivery), order notes and order contents. The server may technically process your IP address for security.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • fulfilling your order and contacting you about it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
  • tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
  • handling complaints and establishing, pursuing or defending claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
  • website security, e.g. preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Retention

Order data is kept for the time needed to fulfil the order, then until claims become time-barred and for the period required by tax and accounting laws.

5. Recipients

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and database). Cloudflare participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; transfers are also based on standard contractual clauses.
  • Delivery partners, if you choose delivery.
  • Accounting and legal service providers, to the extent necessary.
  • Google Ireland Ltd. as the provider of the embedded map in the Contact section. Displaying the map sends your IP address to Google and may store Google cookies under Google's privacy policy.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

7. Voluntary provision

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to place and fulfil an order. We do not make automated decisions or profile customers.

8. Cookies and browser storage

  • The website does not use analytics or marketing cookies.
  • Your cart is stored in your browser (localStorage) so it survives a page refresh. This is necessary for the service you request.
  • The admin panel uses one strictly necessary session cookie for logged-in staff.
  • Fonts, icons and photos are served from our domain. The only external element is the Google map in the Contact section.
